Click & Collect

We are delighted to offer our customers a complimentary Click & Collect service. Order online, skip the delivery charge and collect your order from our shop on Main Street, Tipperary Town at a time that suits you.

How it works

1. Order online and choose Click & Collect. At checkout, select Pick up as your delivery method. There is no charge for collection.

2. Wait for the “ready for collection” message. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, and we will text or email you as soon as it is ready — usually within four hours during opening hours.

3. Collect in store. Come to the cash desk with your order confirmation (print or on your phone) and photographic ID, and one of our team will hand over your order.

You can collect your order in store within our opening hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Bank Holidays: Closed

Can I send someone else to collect my order?

Yes, of course. Please let us know first who will be collecting your order and we will make sure it is ready for them. They must bring a valid ID and the order confirmation email.
How long do I have to collect my order?

Please collect your order within 14 days of purchase. If you think it will take longer than this, let us know on 062 51252 or info@orahellysports.ie.
How long until my order is ready?

It usually takes around four hours to process an order from the time it is placed during opening hours. We will text or email you the moment it is ready — please wait for that message before travelling to the shop.
Where is the collection point?

Come to the cash desk in the shop at 71-72 Main Street, Tipperary Town, E34 W240 and one of our sales assistants will help you.
